What do you think about this guide from the freedom of press foundation?
It looks like it is mostly focused on non-technical users.
I like it.
An addition I would make for iPhone users. When you use Bio metrics, enable the emergency call feature, where by pressing the power button rapidly you lock the bio metric entrance, and you’ll have to put in your password manually.
Not thorough enough. Especially for professionals at risk, whose sources might be under even greater risk (prison, torture or even death).
Just an example. Instead of the ubiquitous question “Is an app asking you for reasonable permissions ?”, I’d like to have a detailed answer. Give me a table with categories of apps, and related reasonable / suspicious permissions.
