I don’t know if either Tails or QubesOS is safe. I do not use services such as Google, YouTube, Facebook, Amazon, etc. I plan to use only Bitcoin and my site anonymously. Which one is better? In terms of privacy and security.
As always, there is no “secure” or “private” without considering your own custom threat model. For instance, end-to-end encryption using modern crypto isn’t secure if a third party is able to conduct a man-in-the-middle attack, or if a third party compromises the end points of the encryption. Tails is focused on privacy, while Qubes OS is focused on security.
QubesOS have tails future inside it (the tor bridge) so yeah QubesOS
Hey, nice site, was not aware of it.
QubesOS is probably safer but Tails is also private and it’s easy to use.
There’s also Kodachi which is supposed to be even more private and secure than the other two, but it probably isn’t supported as well as the other two.
