Verizon Media brands: blacklisting sites such as Engadget

A few months ago I ceased visiting Engadget. This:

– and more recently:

Engadget is now a part of Verizon Media

Readers who knowingly or unwittingly gave consent to use of cookies, long ago, may be unaware of the deplorable UX.
