Google sponsors the Tor Project (https://www.torproject.org/about/sponsors/, Google Summer of Code, and Google Season of Docs), and Google resolves the majority of DNS requests in the Tor network (https://medium.com/@nusenu/who-controls-tors-dns-traffic-a74a7632e8ca).
