Funny how he says Google search works the same for everyone, while in reality it gives everyone its own unique search bubble.
I stopped reading halfway through the article.
It sounded like a generic PR text. He is just checking off the usual talking points. I could have written that opinion piece and I don’t even work at Google.

not to answer for blacklight, but for me it’s a no-brainer to guess that “unique search bubble” is along the lines of-
*geolocation influenced results, for one.
*another is that wonderful uid that follows folks around with guaranteed relevant advertisements and search with near perfect top ten results tailored made for the one searching.
