Is Mailvelope secure? - Link to the extension of Mailvelope
Mainvelope request a lot of permissions, is it safe?

This depends on your use cases and threat models. If you want to encrypt/decrypt e-mails directly in your web browser, then it is important to consider whether you do this in a trusted environment.

In the worst case, Mailvelope could leak your private keys somehow (e.g., another web browser plugin/addon is able to access them, or it is uploaded to the internet). So you may want to use a dedicated web browser for it. You must protect private keys like every other password.

Have you tried gpg4usb ?

It runs on many OSes.

Sort of, it’s using OpenPGP.js. I wouldn’t rely on it. I’d recommend using Keybase.
