Hey everyone, we know search engines are the second biggest gatekeepers of the Web after DNS. Yes, we have DNS which is still decentralized and in some way censorship resistant (we can switch between different sources). However, we still don’t have a native search protocol for the Web. Today’s centralized search engines are to some extend responsible for the fake news problem that we’re facing right now. We need a default web native search engine that we can fall back to at some point on our will.
We are taking an initiative by designing an open protocol, trying to facilitate this problem. If you think this is an interesting problem to solve, why don’t take a look at our protocol specifications and help us improve it?
